Gravity and Grace is the space designed for you to learn the Alexander Technique. Learn how to work with gravity and live with grace in the face of Parkinson's disease.
This neurodegenerative condition brings to light the existence of your neuro-motor system : discovering how it functions best, how it remains plastic and able to learn is the offer of the Alexander Technique.
Anybody can learn and benefit from the Alexander Technique - but people living with Parkinson’s disease, athletes and performers are perhaps more inclined to see the depth of its value.
About the teacher
My name is Camille Cordroch. Learning the Alexander Technique has been the most interesting, challenging and rewarding piece of my education. I have taken this skill to learning how to ski from scratch, sail, and solve a Rubik’s cube (so far!) I am deeply imbued with how much this work has to offer and I can’t wait to share it with you.
